Abstract

''LOçãO EM EMULSãO DE VITAMINA D~ 3~ ATIVA'' A presente invenção provê uma composição farmacêutica para administração local na forma de uma emulsão que contém vitamina D~ 3~ ativa e é apropriada para aplicação a áreas com cabelo, enquanto também tendo atividade farmacológica satisfatória, estabilidade de droga primária e estabilidade física. Esta loção contém (a) uma quantidade terapeuticamente efetiva de vitamina D~ 3~ ativa, (b) um componente de fase aquosa contendo um componente de óleo sólido compreendendo petrolato branco e um álcool superior, e um componente de óleo liquido compreendendo esqualano, (c) um componente de fase aquosa contendo polissacarídeo iónico, e (d) tensoativo não iónico, em que (1) o teor de referido polissacarídeo iónico é 0,3 a 1,0 partes em peso de preparação completa, (2) o teor de referido álcool superior é 0,2 a 1,0 partes em peso de preparação completa, e (3) o HLB de referido tensoativo não iónico é 10 ou mais.
