Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"MéTODO PARA QUEIMA DE CORPOS ALVEOLARES CERâMICOS E UM TúNEL USADO PARA O MESMO"<D>. é revelado um método de queima de um corpo estrutural alveolar cerâmico verde contendo um material orgânico ou carbonáceo liberado antes de reagir dentro da atmosfera de queima durante a queima do corpo estrutural alveolar verde. Um forno em túnel (10) é também revelado, que compreende uma região de entrada (12), uma região de liberação de material carbonáceo (14), tendo uma pluralidade de zonas de remoção (z1-z11), localizada à jusante da região de entrada, e uma região de sinterização (16) localizada à jusante da região de liberação de material carbonáceo. O forno em túnel inclui adicionalmente um sistema de remoção de exaustão (18) que se comunica operativamente, via as aberturas de tomada localizadas em cada zona de remoção, com a região de liberação para remoção do material carbonáceo liberado.
