Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MANIPULAçãO DE TEOR DE TOCOFEROL EM PLANTAS TRANSGêNICAS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a novas seq³ências de ácido nucléico que codifiquem para uma geranilgeranil reductase, um método para a produção de novas plantas que contenham a nova seq³ência de DNA e cujo teor de tocoferol e/ou clorofila seja alterado em comparação com plantas silvestres, estas novas plantas, partes e produtos das mesmas e células de plantas bem como o uso das seq³ências de DNA para a manipulação do teor de tocoferol, clorofila e/ou vitamina K~ 1~, em plantas transgênicas, partes e produtos das mesmas e células de plantas.
