Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA O PRé-TRATAMENTO QUìMICO, ANTES DE UM REVESTIMENTO ORGâNICO, DE UMA ESTRUTURA METáLICA COMPóSITA"<D>. Em um processo para o pré-tratamento químico antes da pintura de estruturas metálicas compósitas, que contêm porções de alumínio ou liga de alumínio junto com porções de aço, aço galvanizado e/ ou liga de aço galvanizado, em um primeiro estágio a estrutura metálica é tratada com uma solução de fosfatagem de zinco, que forma uma camada de fosfato de zinco cristalina que cobre a superfície sobre aço e sobre aço galvanizado ou liga de aço galvanizado, mas sem formar uma camada de fosfato de zinco sobre as porções de alumínio, e então, em um segundo estágio, a estrutura metálica é colocada em contacto com uma solução de tratamento, que não dissolve excessivamente a camada de fosfato de zinco cristalina sobre aço, aço galvanizado e/ ou liga de aço galvanizado, mas forma uma camada de conversão sobre as porções de alumínio.
