Abstract

<B>ACESSóRIO óTICO PARA UM DIODO EMISSOR DE LUZ E LUZ DE FREIO PARA UM VEìCULO MOTORIZADO<D> Um acessório ótico 10 para uma fonte de luz, em particular para um diodo emissor de luz 12, exibe uma área interior da lente 14 que envolve um eixo ótico 13 do acessório ótico 10 para feixes interiores de luz 15 emitidos da fonte de luz e uma área externa de reflexão 16 para feixes de luz externos 17 da fonte de luz que envolve a área interior da lente 14 de forma anular. Devido a esta combinação de refração na área interior da lente e a reflexão na área externa de reflexão, as dimensões do acessório ótico podem ser mantidas relativamente pequenas e, em comparação com uma lente ou um refletor, mais luz pode ser coletada e o diodo de luz em formato de ponta pode ter sua imagem produzida no lado de saída, com uma aparência de luz de grande área.
