Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA TRATAMENTO DE áGUA E MáQUINA PARA IMPLEMENTAR O PROCESSO". Em um processo para tratamento de água, especialmente ao congelar água até gelo, especificamente na forma de cubos de gelo, em uma máquina, água é passada sobre uma placa de congelamento (14) com elementos de refrigeração para resfriar e/ou formar gelo sobre a placa. A água que deve ser resfriada ou congelada, é exposta primeiro a um processo de ebulição, seja a água retirada de uma armazenagem de água fervida e/ou passada através de um dispositivo de ebulição (6) com aquecimento até uma zona e temperatura de ebulição, preverivelmente 80-100°C na máquina real de fabricação de gelo. Com isso, a água é exposta a uma combinação de um efeito de ebulição e de resfriamento subsequente, ou congelamento. Também é descrita uma máquina para utilização com o processo.
