Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"DISPERSõES AQUOSAS DE REVESTIMENTO EM Pó"<D>. A invenção refere-se às dispersões aquosas de revestimento em pó à base de resinas epóxi, consistindo em um componente I pulverulento, sólido, e um componente II aquoso, o componente I sendo um revestimento em pó compreendendo: A) pelo menos uma resina epóxi tendo um peso equivalente de epóxido de 300 a 5500 dáltons, B) pelo menos um ácido di- e/ou policarboxílico como agente de cura, compreendendo um ou mais grupos organossilila na molécula, se desejado em uma mistura com outroa ácidos di- e/ou policarboxílicos que não contenham nenhum grupo organossilila como substituinte, e C) se desejado, catalisadores, cargas, auxiliares e/ou aditivos específicos para o revestimento em pó, tais como agentes de desgaseificação, agentes de nivelação, expulsadores de radicais livres, antioxidantes e/ou absorventes de IV, e o componente II sendo uma dispersão aquosa compreendendo: D) pelo menos um espessante não-iónico e E) se desejado, catalisadores, auxiliares, agentes desespumantes, auxiliares de dispersão, agentes umectantes, preferivelmente dispersantes contendo carboxila, antioxidantes, absorventes de IV, expulsadores de radicais livres, pequenas quantidades de solventes, agentes de nivelação, biocidas e/ou agentes de retenção de água.
