Abstract

Пещта е предназначена за металообработването. С нея се осигурява хомогенна температура, нагодена към следващите етапи на валцуването. Лентата е с дебелина, по-малка от 30 мм. Пещта се състои от поредица бобини, поставени в изолационен материал на индуктори и захранвани от честотни преобразуватели. Между бобините са монтирани подаващи ролки. Към всеки индуктор са предвидени магнитопроводи, разпределени по двойки и с възможност за преместване напречно или успоредно на посоката на движение на лентата. Челните повърхнини на бобините са успоредни помежду си и перпендикулярни на равнината на лентата и посоката на движението й, като лентата е разположена надлъжно във вътрешността на всяка бобина и се пресича от магнитен поток, успореден на равнината й и на посоката на движението й. Дължината на всяка бобина е по-малка от 500 мм. 7 претенции, 2 фигури
