DESIGNED
FOR:
Commercial and Domestic Big Wheeli 240 litre and 120 litre Garbage Bins.
The Problem: These big Commercial and Domestic garbage bins generally have no bin liner material and small plastic garbage bags are usually thrown in.
The problem being that most of the time these small domestic garbage bags are made of very thin plastic and therefore tear and break very easily, especially as the bin gets fuller and more weight is added.
These big garbage bins are only emptied by the Council once a week, with the result being badly deteriorated and exposed garbage causing very bad odors and harmful bacteria that are inhaled every time the bin lid is opened to throw in more garbage.
Due to the large volume size of these big bins the only current method to treat this problem is by regularly self administering strong hazardous chemical disinfectants, which very few people ever do.
It is also extremely difficult to attach any sort of device to the inside of these bins as they are made of high density molded plastic which will not accept any adhesive type material without falling off, made worse by the bins automated emptying procedure.
The Invention: The invention to solve this problem is a specially designed Automatic Anti-Bacterial and Deodorizing Device.
This specially designed Unit is securely attached to the inside of the Top Rim of the Large Garbage Bin by way of the Unit Holding Device.
This Unit Holding Device is designed to stay in position even during the Council's rubbish removal emptying procedure, which automatically turns and holds the bins upside down at the back of their trucks to remove the rubbish.
How it Works: 1) The Unit Holding Unit consists of a specially designed Bin Rim Overcap Clip to securely fit over the bin rim without affecting the bin lid seal function. The device is attached to the top inside back rim of the bin.
2) The Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit consists of a Molded Plastic Compartment which holds the anti-bacterial and deodorizing Cassette Unit.
3) At the Top end of the molded plastic compartment there is the compartment Opening and Locking Arm used to lock the Cassette securely into the compartment, and also to open and replace the cassette unit.
4) The Anti-bacterial and deodorizing Cassette Unit consists of a specialized anti-bacterial evaporative strip and the deodorizing evaporative blocks which evaporate through the Air Evaporative Slots of the cassette unit and plastic compartment and circulate around the closed bin to effectively kill and neutralize bacteria and odors.

Claims (4)
1. The Automatic Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit invention is a new product and not currently available in the marketplace as at the date of filing.
2. The Automatic Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit is securely attached to the large size commercial and domestic wheeli garbage bins by way of a specially designed bin rim overcap clip that fits over the bin rim without affecting the bin lid seal function.
3. The Automatic Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit contains a plastic compartment which is securely attached to the unit holding device which is securely attached to the large garbage bins by way of the bin rim overcap clip.
4. The Automatic Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit delivers the anti-bacterial and deodorizing compounds into the garbage bins by way of a cassette unit which is inserted into the molded plastic compartment. The Automatic Anti-bacterial and Deodorizing Unit has evaporative slots on both the cassette unit and the plastic compartment through which the anti-bacterial and deodorizing compounds are delivered into the garbage bin by way of evaporation.
