Abstract

A trash container (10) has an upper waste bin (14) and a lower storage compartment (16) for storing disposable plastic bags. The waste bin (14) utilizes plastic bags as bin liners. Opposing side panels of the trash bin (14) have tabs (26) for securing the handles of a plastic bag.
