In door hinges or hinges, a frame part and a wing part are connected to each other in an articulated manner. In the case of visible door hinges, the frame part usually has a pivot pin on which a corresponding counterpart is placed on the wing part. The hinge is therefore only formed when the door is hung up. It has long been known that hanging door or window sashes presents some difficulties, since the often heavy and bulky sash has to be maneuvered very precisely to the appropriate places on the frame so that the door hinge can connect accordingly. In the case of the visible door hinges described above, there are some auxiliary devices in the state of the art for this purpose, which are usually attached to the frame part as a type of guide device near the pivot pin and force the wing part into the correct position when it is inserted by means of corresponding guide sections.

In concealed door hinges, there is now the additional problem that the rotatable joint of the door hinge is already formed in the frame part by a hinge is rotatably mounted therein. This hinge must be maneuvered into the corresponding recesses in the wing part when attaching the wing and fastened therein. Therefore, when the wing is hung in, there is the additional difficulty that the articulated hinge flaps often do not point in the same direction with several hinges or move during the hooking-in process, which further complicates the work.

The invention now aims to eliminate this problem and to provide an assembly aid, which also significantly simplifies the hanging of door or window sashes with concealed door hinges and fixes the corresponding hinge tabs in predefined positions. The assembly aid should be used with a variety of different door hinges. The production should be inexpensive and the application should be straightforward.

This object is achieved by the present invention in that the assembly aid comprises a substantially U-shaped bracket, the two legs being designed as clamping sections which can be inserted into the space between the hinge plate and the respective bearing elements, around the hinge plate to fix in its position to the bearing elements, and wherein the portion connecting the two legs has a handle portion. The curvatures of the hinge as well as their thickness can vary greatly between the different door hinges depending on the size and weight of the door or window sash and the desired opening angle. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the two legs are tapered wedge-shaped at their free ends for easier insertion into the space between the band tabs and the respective bearing elements. Since the gap width between the bearing elements and the belt flap can have different tolerances, it is advantageous to design the free ends of the legs of the assembly aid to be tapered in a wedge shape. In any case, the insertion is simplified and the assembly aid can be securely wedged.

It is also a feature of the present invention that in addition to the U-shaped bracket, an angle bar is provided with a central portion and angled edge portions, the edge portions within the same plane on different sides and at different angles from the central portion are angled. This allows all hinge tabs of the wing to be set very precisely to the same angle and then fixed by inserting the U-shaped bracket.

Finally, it is an additional feature of the invention that the free ends of the angle bar are designed as a tool tip, for example as a screwdriver, tool bit, clamp or the like. The angle bar can have additional functions. For example, one end can be shaped in order to engage in a corresponding recess in the wing part, for example to release a locking element for the hinge plate or to bring it into the locking position. The frame part shown in Fig. 1 of a concealed door hinge according to the prior art has two bearing elements 1, between which a hinge tab 3 is articulated.

In order to fix the hinge plate 3 in its relative position to the bearing elements 1, the U-shaped bracket 5 of the assembly aid according to the invention is used according to FIG. 2. For this purpose, the U-shaped clamp 5 is taken from the grip section 9 at the connecting section 8 and the two legs 6 are inserted into the respective gaps between the bearing elements 1 and the band tab 3.
