Abstract
Se describen sistemas, métodos y aparatos para procesamiento de video, que incluyen predicción pesada para bloques de video. Un método de ejemplo incluye llevar a cabo una conversión entre un segmento actual y una imagen actual de un video y un flujo de bits, en donde el flujo de bits se ajusta a una regla de formato, y en donde la regla de formato especifica que valores de una pluralidad de elementos de sintaxis indicativos de si pesos de predicción están incluidos en una cabecera de segmento del segmento actual están inferidos en base a un tipo de segmento del segmento actual y a un valor de una primera bandera incluida en un conjunto de parámetros de imagen (PPS) referidos por la imagen actual.
