Abstract

Se proporciona un método de procesamiento de video que incluye realizar una conversión entre un video y un flujo de bits del video, en donde el flujo de bits se ajusta a una regla de formato, y en donde la regla de formato especifica una condición que controla si o cómo uno o más elementos de sintaxis relacionados con recuentos de orden de imágenes para una imagen de referencia a largo plazo están incluidos en una estructura de sintaxis de lista de imágenes de referencia en el flujo de bits.
