Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para preparar compuesto de fórmula [1], sus estereoisómeros, sus isómeros geométricos, sus tautómeros y sus sales, el método comprende: (i) (1) formar una primera mezcla de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [2], compuesto de fórmula [3], un catalizador de paladio, un sistema disolvente que comprende agua y una base, en donde la relación de volumen de solvente a peso de compuesto de fórmula [2] en la mezcla de reacción es menos de 20:1 litros por kg, la proporción de equivalentes de compuesto de fórmula [3] a compuesto de fórmula [2] es más de 1:1, y la proporción de equivalentes del catalizador de paladio a compuesto de fórmula [2] es de aproximadamente 0,005:1 a aproximadamente 0,05:1, (2) hacer reaccionar la primera mezcla de reacción para formar una primera mezcla de productos de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [4] de acuerdo con el esquema [i], y (3) aislar compuesto de fórmula [4] de la primera mezcla de productos de reacción; y (ii) (1) formar una segunda mezcla de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [4], un agente reductor, una base y un solvente, (2) hacer reaccionar la segunda mezcla de reacción para reducir el resto aldehído del compuesto de fórmula [4] y formar una segunda mezcla de productos de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [1], y (3) aislar compuesto de fórmula [1] de la segunda mezcla de productos de reacción, en donde el rendimiento de compuesto de fórmula [4] se basa por lo menos 50% en compuesto de fórmula [2] y el rendimiento de compuesto de fórmula [1] se basa por lo menos 50% en compuesto de fórmula [4]. Reivindicación 50: Un método para preparar compuesto de fórmula [1], sus estereoisómeros, sus isómeros geométricos, sus tautómeros y sus sales, el método comprende: (i) (1) formar una primera mezcla de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [2], un agente reductor, una base y un solvente, para reducir el resto aldehído de compuesto de fórmula [2] para formar compuesto de fórmula [5], y (2) aislar compuesto de fórmula [5] de la primera mezcla de productos, (ii) (1) formar una segunda mezcla de reacción que comprende compuesto de fórmula [5], compuesto de fórmula [6], un catalizador de paladio, un sistema disolvente que comprende agua, y una base, para formar compuesto de fórmula [1], y (2) aislar compuesto de fórmula [1] de la segunda mezcla de productos, de acuerdo con el esquema [ii].
