Abstract
Se elaboraron 2-amino-5,8-dialcoxi[1,2,4]-triazol[1,5-c]pirimidinas a partir de 4-cloro-2,5-dialcoxipirimidinas en un proceso que evita la hidracina y el haluro de cianógeno. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de 2-amino-5,8-dialcoxi[1,2,4]triazol[1,5-c]-pirimidinas de la fórmula (1), en el cual R es un alquilo C₁₋₄ que comprende: i) poner en contacto 4-cloro-2,5-dialcoxi pirimidina de la fórmula (2) en donde R se presenta como se ha definido anteriormente con una sal de cianamida en un solvente aprótico polar para obtener un 2,5-dialcoxi-4-cianoamino pirimidina de la fórmula (3) en la cual R se presenta como se la ha definido anteriormente; ii) en contacto con la 2,5-dialcoxi-4-cianoaminopirimidina con cualquier hidroxilamino en la forma de base libre o sal de hidroxilamino en presencia de una base para producir una 2,5-dialcoxi-4-hidroxiguanidinilpirimidina de la fórmula (4) en donde R se presenta como se la ha definido anteriormente; y iii) ciclización la piridimidina 2,5-dialcoxi-4-hidroxiguanidinilo tratándola con un cloroformato de alquilo para obtener la 2-amino-5,8-dialcoxi[1,2,4]triazol[1,5-c]pirimidina. Reivindicación 18: Un proceso para la preparación de 2-amino-5,8-dialcoxi[1,2,4]triazol[1,5-c]-pirimidinas de la fórmula (1), en donde R es un alquilo C₁₋₄ que comprende: la ciclización de 2,5-dialcoxi-4-hidroxiguanidinil pirimidina de la fórmula (4) en donde R se presenta como se la ha descripto anteriormente; tratándola con un cloroformato de alquilo para obtener la 2-amino-5,8-dialcoxi[1,2,4]triazol[1,5-c]pirimidina. Reivindicación 21: Un compuesto de la fórmula (3) en la cual R representa un alquilo C₁₋₄. Reivindicación 22: Un compuesto de la fórmula (4) en la cual R representa un alquilo C₁₋₄.
