Abstract
Se proveen péptidos de la superfamilia de glucagon conjugados con ligandos de NHR que son capaces de actuar en un receptor de hormona nuclear. Además, se proveen en la presente composiciones farmacéuticas y estuches de los conjugados de la solicitud. Un dímero o multímero. En la presente también se proveen métodos para tratar una enfermedad, por ejemplo, un trastorno metabolico, tal como la diabetes y la obesidad, que comprenden administrar los conjugados de la presente. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto caracterizado porque comprende la estructura: Q-L-Y en donde Q es un péptido de la superfamilia de glucagon; Y es un ligando de NHR que activa un receptor de hormona nuclear con una EC50 de 1 mM o menos y tiene un peso molecular de hasta 1000 dalton; y L es un grupo de union o un enlace. Reivindicacion 9: El compuesto de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 8, caracterizado porque Y es un ligando de NHR que actua en un receptor de hormona nuclear seleccionado del grupo formado por un receptor de estrogeno, un receptor de glucocorticoides, un receptor de mineralcorticoides, un receptor de progesterona, un receptor de androgeno, un receptor de hormona tiroides, un receptor de ácido retinoico, un receptor activado proliferador de peroxisoma, un receptor X de hígado, un receptor X farnesoide, un receptor de vitamina D, un receptor huérfano relacionado con RAR, y un receptor X de pregnano.
