Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un modulador aislado, caracterizado porque es un modulador de la PTK7.Reivindicación 3: El modulador aislado de la PTK7 de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho modulador de la PTK7 comprende un anticuerpo o un fragmento inmunorreactivo del mismo. Reivindicación 23: Una composición farmacéutica, caracterizada porque comprende un modulador aislado de la PTK7 de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 28: Un método para tratar un trastorno asociado a la PTK7, caracterizado porque comprende administrarle una cantidad terapéuticamente eficaz de un modulador de la PTK7 a un sujeto que lo necesita. Reivindicación 55: Un método para reducir la frecuencia de las células iniciadoras de tumores en un sujeto que lo necesita, caracterizado porque comprende un paso en el que se le administra un modulador de la PTK7 a dicho sujeto. Reivindicación 90: Un modulador de la PTK7, caracterizado porque comprende un anticuerpo humanizado, en donde dicho anticuerpo humanizado comprende una región variable de la cadena liviana y una región variable de la cadena pesada, donde dicha región variable de la cadena liviana comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene al menos un 60% de identidad con una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste de las secuencias de aminoácidos que se muestran en la SEQ ID Nº 62, SEQ ID Nº 64, SEQ ID Nº 66 y SEQ ID Nº 68 y en donde dicha región variable de la cadena pesada comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene al menos un 60% de identidad con una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste de las secuencias de aminoácidos que se muestran en la SEQ ID Nº 63, SEQ ID Nº 65, SEQ ID Nº 67 y SEQ ID Nº 69.
