Abstract

急性リンパ性白血球における癌幹細胞に特異的な陽性の表面抗原マーカーを見出し、これを用いて、新規の急性リンパ性白血球における癌幹細胞の分離同定するための方法及びキットを提供する。表面抗原マーカーCD90及びCD110を指標としてT細胞急性リンパ性白血病(T-ALL)における癌幹細胞を分離する。表面抗原マーカーCD9か、CD9及びCD90かを指標としてB細胞急性リンパ性白血病(B-ALL)における癌幹細胞を分離する。
