Abstract

Un procedimiento para el procesamiento de lavaza fluida (TS), caracterizado por los siguientes pasos: a) suministro de lavaza fluida (TS) a un recipiente de trabajo (3); b) concentración de lavaza fluida (TS) en un equipo de filtración (9); y c) realimentación de un primer flujo parcial de lavaza fluida concentrada a la lavaza fluida (TS1) que se encuentran en el recipiente de trabajo (3) para ajustar el contenido de sustancia seca, y un dispositivo para la producción de un producto de valor con contenido de proteínas.
