Abstract
Métodos y aparatos para promover la entrega activa de un dispositivo desde una estación base de macrocelda a un femtonodo, que puede ser una entrega de inter-frecuencia. El femtonodo puede difundir una baliza, que puede ser recibido e informado por un dispositivo a una estación base fuente junto con uno o más parámetros para desambiguar un femtonodo objetivo.
