Abstract
Una máquina cosechadora de canas de azucar enteras accionada mediante una unidad motriz independiente, la cual se acopla en forma lateral y paralela a la unidad motriz o tractor mediante una barra transversal articulada y que comprende un dispositivo despuntador de las canas y un conjunto orientador de las mismas que las ordena y posiciona para ser cortadas a ras del suelo por un dispositivo cortador de base, el cual entrega las canas cortadas a un conjunto de rodillos y cepillos rotativos que giran a velocidades tales que las trasladan y le producen el deshojado o deschalado manteniéndolas enteras; los cuales rodillos pueden estar revestidos de caucho u otro material elástico semejante con relieves en su superficie para trasladar más eficientemente las canas sin danarlas, y opcionalmente un carro o acoplado que forma un conjunto en tándem enganchado con la cosechadora y que recibe las canas limpias, las almacena y transporta hasta el lugar de descarga.A whole sugarcane harvesting machine driven by an independent drive unit, which is coupled laterally and parallel to the drive or tractor unit by means of an articulated crossbar and comprising a gray hair removal device and an orientation assembly of the same that orders and positions them to be cut flush with the ground by a base cutting device, which delivers the cut gray hair to a set of rollers and rotating brushes that rotate at speeds that move them and produce the defoliation or stripping maintaining them whole which rollers can be coated with rubber or other similar elastic material with reliefs on their surface to more efficiently move the gray hair without damaging them, and optionally a carriage or trailer that forms a tandem assembly hooked with the combine and that receives the clean gray hairs, stores and transports them to the place of unloading.
