Abstract
Un método para producir un aditivo para la degradacion enzimática de micotoxinas, en particular fumonisinas, donde se provee por lo menos una secuencia de genes de ácido nucleico correspondiente a las Secuencias ID Nos, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 y 24; la por lo menos una secuencia de ácido nucleico es expresada en células hospedantes procariotas o eucariotas, y se usa por lo menos una enzima preparada así correspondiente a las Secuencias ID Nos. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 y 25, o por lo menos un organismo hospedante recombinante completo, como opcion junto con un cosustrato, en un material crudo de origen vegetal.
