Abstract
La presente se relaciona con compuesto de formula (1) en la cual R1 representa arilo, que está no sustituido, o mono-, di-, o trisustituido en donde los sustituyentes son seleccionados de manera independiente desde el grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, alcoxilo C1-4, halogeno, y trifluorometilo; R2 representa hidrogeno, o -CO-R21, R21 representa alquilo C1-5, fluoroalquilo C1-3, o cicloalquilo C3-6; m representa el entero 2, o 3; p representa el entero 2 o 3; y R3 representa hidrogeno, o alquilo C1-5; y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de tales compuestos. Estos compuestos son utiles como bloqueadores de panales de calcio. También se reivindica la composicion farmacéutica y uso para preparar medicamentos.
