Abstract
Procedimiento de trituracion reactiva de granos de ricino que permite, partiendo de granos de ricino específicamente acondicionados y en presencia de alcohol liviano y de catalizador básico, efectuar en una sola etapa la trituracion y la reaccion de transesterificacion de los triglicéridos presentes en el aceite de ricino, para conducir a la obtencion simultánea de un torta, de glicerol y de ésteres de ácidos grasos, en particular de ácido ricinoleico. El procedimiento de tratamiento de los granos de ricino segun la solicitud permite inactivar, de una manera simple y poco costosa, además del ricino, el potente alérgeno CB-1A, permitiendo de tal modo por un lado, la manipulacion sin riesgo por el hombre, y por otro lado, la utilizacion de la torta de ricino en alimentacion animal. De manera característica, los granos son acondicionados por una serie de operaciones que comprenden una etapa de aplastado y una etapa de secado de los mismos.
