Abstract
Proceso para la produccion de alquil-ésteres de ácidos carboxílicos para uso como biodiesel a partir de la reaccion de transesterificacion de triglicéridos provenientes de aceites y grasas de origen vegetal o animal, los cuales pueden ser utilizados individualmente o en mezclas de los mismos en cualquier proporcion, empleando catálisis heterogénea por medio de catalizadores de titanato laminares protonados en forma nanoestructurada, que pueden comprender, entre otras, nanotubos, nanohilos o nanoescamas.
