Abstract

Proceso para reciclar subproductos de la industria siderurgica que contienen hierro, que proporciona pélets apropiados para alimentar a un horno de reduccion directa, que comprende los pasos de mezclar y moler entre un 50 y 99% en peso de mineral fino y pélets y entre 1 y 50 % en peso de lodos, oxido molido y/o polvo de la cámara de filtros, peletizar la mezcla y endurecer los pélets que se obtuvieron de esa manera calentando durante 5-60 minutos a una temperatura dentro del rango entre 1100 - 1350°C; y un pélet que se produce a partir de material de desecho que contiene hierro y con una resistencia a la compresion de por lo menos 2,8 kN y/o un numero de caídas de por lo menos 3.
