Abstract

Un inserto boquilla de lanza para una lanza de material refractario para hacer avanzar un alambre de material aditivo hacia el interior de una cantidad de metal fundido por debajo de la superficie del metal fundido, está hecho de un material quecomprende oxido de circonio estabilizado y grafito, con lo que se incrementa de manera sustancial la resistencia del inserto boquilla de lanza contra la corrosion. Reivindicacion 10: Una lanza para hacer avanzar un alambre de material aditivohacia el interior de una cantidad de metal fundido por debajo de la superficie del metal fundido, caracterizada porque comprende: una envuelta de material refractario, que tiene una salida; un conducto, situado dentro de la envuelta de materialrefractario que provee un pasadizo para transportar el alambre hacia la salida; y un inserto boquilla de lanza, provisto dentro de la envuelta de material refractario, en comunicacion con el conducto y que forma la salida, en la que el insertoboquilla de lanza está hecho de un material que comprende oxido de circonio estabilizado y grafito.
