Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) donde R1 y R2 son cada uno independientemente del otro hidrogeno, alquilo C1-10, haloalquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-8 o cicloalquilo C3-8-alquilo C1-3, o R1 y R2 junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están enlazados forman un anillo C3-7, R3 y R4 son cada uno independientemente del otro hidrogeno, alquilo C1-10, haloalquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquilo C3-8-alquilo C1-10 o alcoxi C1-6-alquilo C1-10, o R3 y R4 junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están enlazados forman un anillo C3-7, o R1 con R3 o R4 y junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están enlazados forman un anillo C5-8, o R2 con R3 o R4 y junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales enlazados forman un anillo C5-8; R5 es halogeno o haloalquilo C1-6; R6 es hidrogeno, ciano, alquiloC1-6, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, halogeno o haloalquilo C1-6; m es 0, 1 o 2; n es 1, 2 o 3;e Y es uno de los siguientes grupos de formulas (2) donde R7 es hidrogeno, alquiloC1-10, alquilcarbonilo C1-10, haloalquilcarbonilo C1-10, alcoxicarbonilo C1-10, haloalquilo C1-10, alquenilo C2-10, alquinilo C2-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, cicloalquilo C3-10-alquilo C1-10, alquilcarbonilo C1-10-alquiIo C1-10, alquilsulfonilo C1-10, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-10 o alcoxi C1-10-alquilo C1-10; R8 es hidrogeno, alquiloC1-10, alquilcarbonilo C1-10, haloalquilcarbonilo C1-10, alcoxicarbonilo C1-10, haloalquilo C1-10, alquenilo C2-10, alquinilo C2-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, cicloalquilo C3- 10-alquilo C1-10, halogeno, tiol, hidroxi, ciano, alquilsulfanilo C1-10, haloalquilsulfanilo C1-10, alquilsulfinilo C1-10, haloalquilsulfinilo C1-10, alquilsulfonilo C1-10, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-10, alcoxi C1-10, haloalcoxi C1-10, o NR9R10 donde R9 y R10 son independientemente uno del otro hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C1-6, alquilcarbonilo C1-6, haloalquilcarbonilo C1-6, alquilsulfonilo C1-6, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-6, o R9 y R10 juntos forman grupo alquileno C3-8 que contiene opcionalmente un oxigeno, azufre, amino o un grupo alquilamino C1-6; y a N-oxidos, sales e isomeros opticos de los compuestos de formula (1).Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 haloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl or C3-8 cycloalkyl-C1-3 alkyl, or R1 and R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-7 ring, R3 and R4 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 haloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 alkyl cycloalkyl C1-10 or C1-6 alkoxy-C1-10 alkyl, or R3 and R4 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a C3-7 ring, or R1 with R3 or R4 and together with the carbon atoms at which are linked form a C5-8 ring, or R2 with R3 or R4 and together with the carbon atoms to which they are linked form a C5-8 ring; R5 is halogen or C1-6 haloalkyl; R 6 is hydrogen, cyano, C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxycarbonyl, halogen or C 1-6 haloalkyl; m is 0, 1 or 2; n is 1, 2 or 3; and Y is one of the following groups of formulas (2) where R7 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkylcarbonyl, C1-10 haloalkylcarbonyl, C1-10 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-10 haloalkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl-C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkylcarbonyl-C1-10 alkylsulfonyl, C1-10 haloalkylsulfonyl or C1-10 alkoxy C1-10 alkyl; R8 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkylcarbonyl, C1-10 haloalkylcarbonyl, C1-10 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-10 haloalkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl C1 -10, halogen, thiol, hydroxy, cyano, C1-10 alkylsulfanyl, C1-10 haloalkylsulfanyl, C1-10 alkylsulfinyl, C1-10 haloalkylsulfinyl, C1-10 alkylsulfonyl, C1-10 haloalkylsulfonyl, C1-10 alkoxy, C1-10 haloalkoxy , or NR9R10 where R9 and R10 are independently of each other hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 cycloalkyl, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, C1-6 haloalkylcarbonyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, C1-6 haloalkylsulfonyl, or R9 and R10 together form C3-8 alkylene group optionally containing an oxygen, sulfur, amino or a C1-6 alkylamino group; and to N-oxides, salts and optical isomers of the compounds of formula (1).
