Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una forma de dosificacion farmacéutica oral que es una mezcla de granulado solido de gelificacion rápida, adecuada para producir una suspension que comprende: I) un inhibidor de bomba protonica sensible al ácido como ingrediente activo distribuido en una cantidad de pellets recubiertos entéricos y II) un granulado, caracterizado porque el granulado es una granulado modificador de suspension que comprende un diluyente de rápida disolucion, un agente gelificante seleccionado entre gomas xantano, un agente acídico regulador del pH, un aglutinante y un desintegrante opcional y el granulado está libre de sales de bicarbonato y/o sales de carbonato. Reivindicacion 25: Una formulacion líquida lista para usar, preparada mediante un líquido acuoso y la forma de dosificacion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 24. Reivindicacion 27: Un proceso para la preparacion del granulado modificador de suspension utilizado en la forma de dosificacion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 21 en la cual el proceso comprende el paso en el que se mezclan el diluyente de rápida disolucion y el agente gelificante y se granulan en forma conjunta y luego se secan, dando por resultado que el diluyente de rápida disolucion se distribuya al azar en y sobre las partículas granuladas individuales obtenidas. Reivindicacion 29: Un método para el tratamiento de enfermedades relacionadas con el ácido gástrico en el hombre, que comprende la administracion a un paciente que lo necesita de una forma de dosificacion farmacéutica oral segun lo definido en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 26. Reivindicacion 31: El uso de una forma de dosificacion farmacéutica de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 26 en el tratamiento de enfermedades gastrointestinales.
