Abstract
Derivados bicíclicos aromáticos y heteroaromáticos. Estos compuestos son utiles como inhibidores de la cinasa p38. También se proveen composiciones farmacéuticas que los comprenden y l uso de estos derivados en la elaboracion de medicamentos para el tratamiento de enfermedades relacionadas. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto bicíclico caracterizado por la formula general (1) donde: A representa CR1R2 o NR3; R1 y R2 representan independientemente h o alquilo C1-4; R3 representa -(CH2)p-Cy1, alquilo C1-4 o hidroxialquilo C1-4; m representa 1 o 2; R4 representa uno o más grupos seleccionados de entre H, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, NH2 y hidroxialquilo C1-4; p representa 0, 1 o 2, Cy1 representa fenilo, heteroarilo o cicloalquilo C3- 7, que pueden estar opcionalmente sustituidos por uno o más R5; R5 representa alquilo C1-4, halogeno, alcoxi C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o haloalcoxi C1-4; R6 representa H o R7, R7 representa alquilo C1-6 opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más grupos seleccionados de entre halogeno, -OR8', -NO2, -CN, -COR8', -CO2R8', -CONR9'R9', -NR9'R9', -NR9'COR8', -NR9'CONR9'R9', -NR9'CO2R8, -NR9'SO2R8, -SR8', -SOR8, -SO2R8, -SO2NR9'R9' y Cy2; R8 representa alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o hidroxialquilo C1- 4; R8' representa H o R8; R9 representa alquilo C1-4 o hidroxialquilo C1-4; R9' representa H o R9'; y Cy2 representa fenilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo C3-7 o heterociclilo, que pueden estar todos opcionalmente sustituidos por uno o más grupos seleccionados de entre alquiloC1-4, halogeno, alcoxi C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4, o una sal del mismo.
