Abstract
La presente trata de bencimidazoles tricíclicos, los compuestos inhiben la secrecion de ácido gástrico. Medicamento y uso. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1) en donde R1 es H, halogeno, C1-4 alquilo, C3-7 cicloalquilo, C3-7cicloalquil- C1-4alquilo, C1-4 alcoxi, C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo, C1-4 alcoxicarbonilo, C2-4 alquenilo, C2-4 alquinilo, fluoro-C1-4alquilo, fluoro-C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo o hidroxi-C1-4alquilo, R2 es H, C1-4 alquilo, C3-7 cicloalquilo, C3-7cicloalquil-C1-4alquilo, C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo, C2-4 alquenilo, C2-4 alquinilo, fluoro-C1-4alquilo, o hidroxi-C1-4alquilo; R3 es H, C1-4 alquilo, C3-7 cicloalquilo, C3-7cicloalquil-C1-4alquilo, C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo, fluoro-C1-4alquilo, fluoro-C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo o hidroxi-C1-4 alquilo; R4 es H, C1-4 alquilo, C3-7 cicloalquilo, C3-7cicloalquil-C1-4alquilo, C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo, fluoro-C1-4alquilo, fluoro-C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilo, hidroxi-C1-4alquilo, C1-4alcoxi-C1-4alquilcarbonilo, mono- o di-C1-4alquilamino- C1-4alquilcarbonilo o C1-4 alquilcarbonilo o en donde R3 y R4 conjuntamente forman un radical metileno (-CH2-), etileno (-CH2-CH2-), propileno (-CH2-CH2-CH2-) o isopropilideno (-C(CH3)2-); R5 es H, halogeno, C1-4 alquilo o fluoro-C1-4alquilo; R6 es H, halogeno, C1-4 alquilo o fluoro-C1-4alquilo y sus sales.
