Abstract
Elemento de soporte longitudinal (7), con un eje longitudinal (23), dos segmentos de unión (9; 10) coaxiales dispuestos consecutivamente entre sí, un primer extremo (14) y un segundo extremo (15), presentando el primer segmento de unión (9) una rosca coaxial con respecto al eje longitudinal (23); y A) el segundo segmento de unión (10) abarca una parte hueca de articulación, (28) axialmente abierta en el segundo extremo (15) del elemento de soporte longitudinal (7) y elásticamente deformable en dirección transversal con respecto al eje longitudinal (23); B) la parte hueca de la articulación, (28) abarca una cavidad (30) de tipo de segmento de esfera hueca de diámetro D con en el segundo extremo (15) una abertura (16) concéntrica con respecto al eje longitudinal (23), teniendo dicha abertura (16) un diámetro d, y siendo d < D. Reivindicación 5: Soporte longitudinal (20) para la estabilización de los huesos, en especial de los cuerpos vertebrales, con un elemento de soporte longitudinal, (7) de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque abarca por lo menos un segundo elemento (8) de soporte longitudinal con un eje longitudinal (24), y porque este segundo elemento de soporte longitudinal, (8) abarca un primer segmento de vinculación (12) que puede ser unido con el primer segmento de vinculación (9) del elemento de soporte longitudinal, (7), y un segundo segmento de vinculación, (13) con una cabeza (29) de articulación, que se complementa con la parte hueca (29) de la articulación. Reivindicación 14: Dispositivo (1) para la estabilización de los cuerpos vertebrales, con un soporte longitudinal (20) de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 13, que abarca: a) por lo menos dos medios de anclado osteológico (3), cada uno de ellos con un eje central (4), cada uno de ellos con un segmento de anclado (5) para la fijación del medio de anclado osteológico (3) en un hueso, en especial en un cuerpo vertebral (2) y cada uno de ellos con un segmento de cabeza (6) con medios (35) para recibir la parte hueca (28) de la articulación; y b) medios de fijación (27) para la fijación de la parte hueca (28) de la articulación en los medios (35) para recibir la parte hueca de (28) de la articulación.
