Abstract
Se describen compuestos de la formula (1): [en donde: A es un anillo pirrol; R1 es un grupo arilo o heteroarilo opcionalmente substituido; R2 es u grupo heteroarilo que contiene nitrogeno opcionalmente substituido; R3 es (2), (3) o (4) en donde m es 1 o 2 , uno de D y E es nitrogeno e el otro es >C(R5)- (En donde R5 el hidrogeno, un sustituyente a o un sustituyente b) B es un anillo heterocíclico de 4 a 7 miembros que contienen nitrogeno y R4 es de 1 a 3 sustituyentes del grupo sustituyente Alfa, grupo sustituyente Beta y grupo sustituyente delta; siempre que R1 y R3 estén unidos a los dos átomos del anillo pirrol, los cuales están adyacentes al átomo del anillo pirrol a los cuales está unido el sustituyente R2, el grupo sustituyente alfa consiste de grupos hidroxilo, nitro, ciano, halogeno, alcoxi, halogeno alcoxi, alquiltio y halogeno alquiltio, y grupos de la formula de la formula ûNRaRb (en donde Ra y Rb son hidrogeno, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, aralquilo y alquilsulfonilo, o Ra y Rb tomados juntos con el átomo de nitrogeno al cual están unidos, forman un heterociclilo); Grupo sustituyente b consiste de grupos alquilo, alquenilo y alquinilo opcionalmente sustituidos, y grupos aralquilo y cicloalquilo; El grupo de sustituyentes g consiste de grupos oxo, hidroxiimino, alcoxiimino, alquileno, alquilenodioxi, alquilsulfinilo, alquisulfonilo, arilo opcionalmente substituido, ariloxi opcionalmente substituido, grupos alquilidenilo y aralquilidenilo], tienen excelente actividad contra la produccion de citosinas inflamatorias.
