Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación del ácido 6-(-4-clorofenil)-2,2-dimetil-7-fenil-2,3-dihidro-1H-pirrolizin-5-il acético de la fórmula (1), que comprende: a) transformar el compuesto de la fórmula (4) en el compuesto de la fórmula (3) como sigue: a1) se hidrogena catalíticamente el compuesto de la fórmula (4) o a2) se transforma el compuesto de la fórmula (4) en el cetal de la fórmula (5) en donde los restos R, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan alquilo C1-4 o juntos alquileno C2-3, y se hidrogena catalíticamente el cetal, b) transformar el compuesto de la fórmula (3) con w-bromo-4-cloroacetofenona en un compuesto de la fórmula (2) y c) introducir un resto de ácido acético en el compuesto de la fórmula (2). El ML 3000 es una sustancia inhibidora muy prometedora de la ciclooxigenasa y de la 5-lipoxigenasa y es apto por lo tanto para el tratamiento de enfermedades del grupo de las formas reumáticas y para el tratamiento preventivo de enfermedades inducidas alérgicamente.
