Compuestos de la formula (1) así como sus sales con ácidos minerales u orgánicos, sus solvatos y/o sus hidratos , que presentan una fuerte afinidad y unagran selectividad para con los receptores NK1 humanos de la sustancia P. Procedimiento deprepara cion, sus compuestos intermediarios de formula (IV), (VI) y(VIII) utiles para su preparacion, las composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y su utilizacion para la fabricacion de medicamentos destinados a tratarcualquier patologíadonde están i mplicados la Sustancia P y/o los receptores NK1 humanos.
