Abstract

La presente propone un sistema de aplicacion dérmica o transdérmica que contiene una matriz a base de un gel hidroalcoholico, caracterizado porque contienepor lo menos un carragenato de tipo iota de un peso molecular comprendido entre 300000 D y8000 00 D, presentando dicho carragenato un tenor de sulfato decalcio tal que la viscosidad a 20*C de una solucion acuosa al 1% en peso de este carragenato iota es de aproximadamente 120 cps (0,12 Pa.s), y la de unasolucion acuosa al 2% en peso esde apro ximadamente 1000 cps (1 Pa.s), y dicha solucion acuosa de este carragenato presenta una estructura de gel tixotropica.
