Abstract
Derivados de 2-(iminometil)amino-fenilo de la formula general (I): en la cual A es un átomo de hidrogeno o preferiblmente un aromático que tiene lasestructuras de formula (II), en donde R1 y R2 representan, independientemente, hidrogeno, halogeno ,CH, un radical alquilo C1-C6 lineal o ramificado, unradical alcoxi C1-C6 lineal o ramificado, R3 representa hidrogeno, un radical alquilo C1-C6 lineal o ramificado o un radical -COR4, representando R4 unradical alqulo C1-C6 de formula (III), o Brepresenta n radical alqulo C1-C6 lineal o ramificado, fenilo, piridinilo o un heterociclo con 5 miembros conteniendo 1 a 4 heteroátomos elegidos de O, S, N y más particularmente: tiofeno, furano, pirrol o tiazol, cuyos átomos de carbono está nopcionalmentesubstituídos por uno o más grupos elegidos de un radical alquilo C1-C6 lineal o ramificado; un radical alcoxi C1-C6 o halogeno; X representa -CO-N(R3)-X-, -NH-CO-X, -CH=, -CO- o un enlace representando X el resto -CH2)n-, siendo n unentero de 0 a 6, Y representa -Y-, -CO-NH-Y-, -Y-NH-CO, -CO-Y-, -N(R3)-Y,-Y-N(R3)-, -Y-CH2-N(R3)-CO-, -O-Y-,Y-O-, -Y-S-, -Y-O-Y, -Y-N(R3)-Y- o un enlace, Yrepresenta -(CH2)n siendo n un entero de 0 a 6; Het representa unheterociclo que contiene de1 a 5 heteroátomos elegidos de O, N, S, los cuales pueden estar sustituidos por uno o más sustituyentes X-OR3, X-NR3, X-S-R3,tal como por ejemplo: exetano, pirrol, pirrolidina, furano, tetrahidrofurano, tiofeno, tetrahidrotiofeno, sulfolano, imidazol, imidazolina, dihidroimidazol-2-ona, dihidroimidazol-2-tiona, oxazol, isoxazol, oxazolina, isoxazolina, oxaxolidina, oxazoolidinona, tiazol, tiazolina, tiazolidina, tiazolidinona,hidantoina, 1,2,4-tiazol, 1,3,4-oxadiazol, 1,1-dioxido-1,2,5-tiadiazolidina, 1,2,4-triazol-3-ona, tetrazol, tetrahidropirina, con la excepcion de los ..2
