Abstract
Una disposicion para cargar desechos precalentados mediante canastas para horno de arco eléctrico, el horno incluye un techo movil (28), por lo menosuna canasta (15) cargada con desechos que se ubica en posicion lateral cerca del horno, la canasta (15) está asociada con una disposicion de cobertura (18),se incluye por lo menos un tubo (20) que conecta el cuarto orificio del horno con el interior de la canasta (15) para trasladar los gases que salen delhorno (12) con la funcion del precalentado de los desechos, el tubo (20) está asociado con la disposicion de cobertura (18) y logra moverse con el mismo;la canasta (15) está asociada con el medio movil (16a), una primera canasta (15a) se ubica sobre el medio rotatorio (11) ubicadocerca del horno (11) ydefine al menos dos posiciones para la canasta, la primera posicion (11a, 11b) se ubica cerca del horno (12) y colabora con medios lineales de movimiento (16)alineados con el eje del horno, en la primera posicion (11a, 11b) laprimera canasta (15) está en la posicion de precalentamiento y predispuesta para ladescarga dentro del horno (12), y por lo menos una segunda posicion (11c, 11d) en la que una canasta (15c) está en la posicion de espera; un ciclo paradescargar los desechos en el horno (12) que incluye el movimiento de la canasta (15a) hacia la boca del horno (12) que está momentáneamente abiertaen un plano sustancialmente horizontal mediante medios lineales de movimiento (16), la abertura del fondo de la canasta (15a) y el regreso del mismo a laposicion de precalentamiento original (11a) donde se prepara para la descarga, después de cada ciclo de descarga (15a, 15c), intercambiando sus respectivasposiciones mediante la rotacion del medio desoporte rotatorio (11), la plataforma rotatoria (11) que define la posicion de las canasta (15a, 15b)
