Abstract
Se trata de un proceso para incorporar un substrato transportador de aroma a una bebida en polvo. La bebida en polvo es trasnportada en forma delecho movible y es provocada su caida en una cortina anular en un rellenador para rellenarenvas es con la bebida en polvo. Mientras que la bebida en polvocae en forma de cortina anular el sustrato transportador de aroma es rociado a la bebida en polvo desde una posicion superior al lecho movible. Estoproporciona una distribucionsustancialme nte homogénea del substrato transportador de aroma en la bebida en polvo en el rellenador.
