Abstract

Un proceso continuo para preparar una poliamida haciendo reaccionar al menos un aminonitrilo con agua comprende: (1) hacer reaccionar al menos unaminonitrilo con agua a una temperatura entre 90 y 400sC y una presion entre 0,1 y 35 x 10(6) Pa en untu bo de circulacion que contiene un catalizador ácido deBronsted seleccionado entre un catalizador de betazeolilta, un catalizador de silicato en láminas o un catalizador de dioxido de titanio que contenga entre 70y 100% en peso de anatasa y entre0 y 30% en peso de rutilo y en el cual hasta el 40% en peso del dioxido de titanio puede reemplazarse por oxido de tungsteno,para obtener una mezcla reaccionante; (2) hacer reaccionar luego la mezcla reaccionante a una temperatura entre 150 y 400sCy una presion menor que la presiondel paso 1, en presencia de un catalizador ácido de Bronsted seleccionado entre un catalizador de beta-zeolita, un catalizador de silicato en láminas o uncatalizador de dioxido de titanio que contenga entre 70 y100% en p eso de anatasa y entre 0 y 30% en peso de rutilo y en el cual hasta el 40% en peso deldioxido de titanio puede reemplazarse por oxido de tungsteno, seleccionándose la temperatura y la presion de manera de obtener una primera fase gaseosa yunaprimera fase líquida o una primera fase solida o una mezcla de primera fase solida y primera fase líquida, y la primera fase gaseosa se separa de la primerafase líquida o solida o de la mezcla de primera fase líqueda y primera fase solida; y (3)mezclar la primera fase líquida o la primera fase solida o la mezclade primera fase líquida y primera fase solida con una fase gaseosa o líquida que contiene agua a una temperatura a 150 y 370sC y una presion entre 0,1 y 30 x10(6) Pa, para obteneruna mezcla de productos. También se divulgan poliamidas obtenidas por dicho método.
