Abstract
Un derivado de nitrilo de dipéptido, de la formula (I), o un éster fisiologicamente aceptable y disociable, o una sal del mismo, en donde: R estáopcionalmente sustituido (arilo, alquilo C1-7 inferior, alquenilo C2-7, inferior, alquinilo C2-7inferior , o heterociclilo); R2 y R3 son independientementehidrogeno, o están opcionalmente sustituidos [alquilo C1-7 inferior, cicloalquilo C3-10, norbornanilo, o (arilo bifenilo, cicloalquilo C3-10 o norbornanilo)-alquilo C1-7 inferior]; o R2 yR3 represen tan juntos alquileno C1-7, inferior, opcionalmente interrumpido por O,, S o NR6, para formar un anillo con el átomode carbono con el que están unidos, en donde R6 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-7 inferior o arilalquilo C1-C7 inferior; ocualquiera de R2 y R3 está enlazado poralquileno C1-7 inferior al nitrogeno adyacente para formar un anillo; R4 y R5 son independientemente H, o están opcionalmente sustituidos (alquilo C1-7inferior, arilalquilo C1-7 inferior), -C(O)OR7, o -C(O)NR7R8, en donde: R7 está opcionalmente sustituido (alquilo C1-7 inferior, arilo, arilalquilo C1-7inferior, cicloalquilo C3-10, norbornanilo o heterociclilo), y R8 es H, o está opcionalmente sustituido (alquilo C1-7 inferior, arilo, arilalquiloC1-7inferior, cicloalquilo C3- 10, norbornanilo o heterociclilo), o R4 y R5 representan juntos alquileno C1-7 inferior, opcionalmente interrumpido por O, S, o NR6,para formar un anillo con el átomo de carbono con el que están unidos, en donde R6 eshidrogeno, alquilo C1-7 inferior , o arilalquilo C1-7 inferior, o R4 es Ho alquilo C1-7 inferior opcionalmente sustituido, y R5 es un sustituyente de la formula -X2-(Y1)n-(Ar)p-Q-Z, en donde Y1 es O, S, SO, SO2, N(R6)SO2, N-R6,SO2NR6, CONR6 o NR6CO;n es cero o uno; p es cero o uno; X2 es alquileno C1-7 inferior; o cuando n es cero, X2 también es alquileno de 2 a 7 átomos de carbonointerrumpido por O, S, SO, SO2 NR6, SO2NR6, CONR6 o NR6CO; en donde R6 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-7 inferior oarilalquilo C1-7 inferior; Ar es arilen o; Z eshidroxi, aciloxi, carboxilo, carboxilo esterificado, carboxilo amidado, aminosulfonilo, (alquilo inferior C1-7 o arilalquilo inferior C1-7)
