Abstract
Se describen benciloxicarbonilguanidinas substituidas de la fórmula (I), donde R1, R2 y R3 son entre otros Y-fenilo, con Y = metileno, O, S o N y elfenilo estando sustituido en 2, 3 ó 4 con sulfonamidas, sulfinamidas, sustituidas a suve z entre otros por alquilamino. Además el fenilo puede tenerF, Cl, -CF3,-CH3, OH, CH2O- y amino. También R1, R2 y R3 pueden ser pirrol sustituido o nó, alquilo alquenilo, cicloalquilo o fenil que puede estarsustituido. También pueden tenerentre Y y fenilo una cadena carbonada acíclica sustituida por átomos de O; o ser heteroarilo unido a S, O, N y estosenlazados a la molécula; o heteroarilo N óxido unidos por C o N sustituidos o nó; alquilheteroarilo sustituidos o nó; o ser F, Cl,Br, I, CN o alquilperfluoralquilo enlazado por enlace simple o por S, O, N; un radical básico como amino, amidino, guanidino o un grupo heteroaromático básico de 1 a 9átomos de C sustituidos por alquilo a su vez sustituidos; R4 y R5 son alquilo, Cl, F, alcoxi, amino o perfluoralquilo; R6 y R7 son H o alquilo, X es O, N.
