Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a compuestos derivados de pirazol de fórmula (I), en la que R1 representa CN, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, NO2, CHO,alcanoilo C1-6, fenilo sustituido opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos, o alquilo C1-6sustituid o opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos: R2 representa ungrupo de fórmula (II), (III) ó (IV), en las que R7 representa H, halógeno, carbamoilo, ciano, trialquilsililo C1-6,alquilo C1-6 (sustituido opcionalmentepor uno o más halógenos,OH o alcox ilo C1-6), alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, fenilo o un anillo heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que está saturado o parcial a ocompletamente insaturado y contiene hasta cuatro heteroátomos seleccionados de forma independiente de entre hasta 4 átomosde N, hasta 2 átomos de O y hastados átomos de S y que está unido al radical alquinilo por un átomo C, S o disponible cuando la valencia lo permita: y R8, R9 y R10 representan cada unode forma independiente H, halógeno, fenilo sustituidoopcionalmente por u no o más halógeno, CN o alquilo C1-6 sustituido opcionalmente por uno o máshalógenos; R3 representa H, alquilo C1-6, halógeno, NH2, NH(alcanoilo C1-6)2; NH(alcoxicarbonil C1-6), N(alcoxicarbonilo C1-6), NH(alquilo C1-6),N(alquiloC1-6)2, NHCONH(a lquilo C1-6), N-pirrolilo, NHCONH(fenilo sustituido opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos), N=CH(fenilo), OH, alcoxilo C1-6,SH ó S(O)n(alquilo C1-6 sustituido opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos) donde n es 0,1 ó 2; R4, R5 y R6 repres entan cada uno de forma independiente H, halógeno,alquilo C1-6 sustituido opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos, alcoxilo C1-6 sustituido opcionalmente por uno o más halógenos, S(O)n(alquilo C1-6 sustituidoopcionalmentepor uno o más halógenos) do nde n es 0, 1 ó 2,ó CH3CO, CN, CONH2, CSNH3,OCF3, SCF3 ó SF3; o una sal veterinaria o farmacéuticamente aceptable del
