Abstract
Derivados de distamicina sustituida con acriloilo de la fórmula (I) donde: n es 2, 3 o 4; R1 y R2 se seleccionan, cada una de manera independientemente,entre hidrógeno, halógeno, y alquilo C1-C4; R3 es hidrógeno o halógeno; B se selecciona entrelos radicales de fórmula (II), donde R4, R5, R6, R7 y R9 son,cada una de manera independiente, hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C4, con la condición que, por lo menos, una de R4, R5 y R6 sea alquilo C1-C4; y las salesfarmacéuticamente aceptables de losmismo s. Dichos compuestos son útiles como agentes antineoplásicos y antivirales. Además se refiere a la utilización dedichos derivados en la fabricación de medicamentos para tratar el cáncer e infecciones virales, a un procedimiento paraproducirlo s y a las composicionesfarmacéuticas que los comprenden.
