Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar cepillos con un soporte de cerdas y una dotación de cerdas constituida por cerdas individuales erguidas de plástico,el cual comprende las etapas operativas de: introducir las cerdas individuales cons us extremos a fijar en sentido de avance en cada caso enuna perforación de un plantilla perforada cuyo diámetro de perforación es levemente mayor que el diámetro de una cerda individual y cuyo patrón deperforaciones corresponde alposicionamien to de las cerdas dentro de la dotación de cerdas o parte de la misma, en una medida tal que sus extremos afijar sobresalen en aproximadamente la misma extensión por la cara opuesta de la plantilla perforada; fijar poraprisionamiento a c ontinuación lascerdas contra desplazamientos axiales y radiales en la plantilla perforada; preparar al menos por la cara del lado de fijación del soporte de cerdas unlecho de material curable en estado fluido, fluyendo elmaterial en estado fluido alrededor de las cerdas con sus extremos a fijar sumergidos en ellecho y siendo finalmente curado el lecho.
