Abstract

The invention relates to compositions which are present in the form of powders or granules which are soluble in small quantities of water and which are intended to permit the complete and rapid dissolution of active compounds, in particular phenanthridines, and to their uses. These compositions comprise, in combination and in pulverulent or granulated form, from 5.0 to 50% w/w of at least one phenanthridine, or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and from 50 to 95% w/w of at least one water-soluble co-solvent. Uses: prevention and treatment of trypanosomiases in animals, either on their own or as co-infections with other parasites.
