Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av vannglass som omfatter oppløsning av et natriumbasert biprodukt som blir biprodusert i fremgangsmåten for forbedring av renheten av silisium og ikke bare inneholder silisium men også inneholder natriumsilikat som en hovedkomponent, i vann for å fremstille ubearbeidet vannglass, på samme tid, løse opp silisiumet for å generere en hydrogengass, og deretter filtrere det ubearbeidede vannglass for å fremstille vannglass. Et formål ved foreliggende oppfinnelse er å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av vannglass, som sikrer at ved utnyttelse, som vannglass, av et natriumbasert biprodukt som blir biprodusert i fremgangsmåten for forbedring av renheten av silisium og ikke bare inneholder silisium men også inneholder natriumsilikat som en hovedkomponent, kan problemet med hydrogengassgenerering som kan tilskrives silisium inneholdt i biproduktet løses, en sikker og stabil drift er mulig og effektiv utnyttelse som transparent vannglass kan oppnås. 2
