Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår orale farmasøytiske formuleringer egnet for fremstilling av farmasøytiske preparater for oral administrering som gir hurtig oppløsning av fosfodiesterase-5-inhibitor-tadalafilen. Spesielt omfatter de farrnasøytiske preparater faste kompositter av tadalafil som oppviser høy oppløselighet og en høy grad av oppløsning. Oppfinnelsen angår videre fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av disse farmasøytiske preparater og anvendelse av slike farmasøytiske preparater for behandling av sykdommer som er forbundet med PDE5-inhibitorer.
