Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for varmebehandling av tykkveggede smistykker som inkluderer oppvarming av et lavlegert stål til en austenitiseringstemperatur, hvori det lavlegerte stålet omfatter omtrent 0,05-0,2 vekt-% karbon, omtrent 0,3 til 0,8 vekt-% mangan og omtrent 0,25 til 1,0 vekt-% nikkel.
