Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en løsning som omfatter en første peroksysyre som omfatter permaursyre og en andre peroksysyre, nevnte fremgangsmåte omfatter å danne en karboksylsyreløsning som omfatter en første karboksylsyre som omfatter maursyre, en andre karboksylsyre og hydrogenperoksid, hvori mengden maursyre er fra 0,5 til 20 vekt-% av mengden av den andre karboksylsyren, og tillate at komponentene reagerer for å danne en løsning som omfatter permaursyre og nevnte andre peroksysyre, mengden peroksysyrer er minst 5 vekt-%. Oppfinnelsen omhandler også en løsning som kan lagres som omfatter permaursyre og nevnte andre peroksysyre. Løsningen kan anvendes som et desinfeksjonsmiddel for å kontrollere mikroorganismer.
